This was a very big surprise for me when i heared that i got selected in ‘WebAccess’. Now I am working for this company for last two months.My first day at job was pretty exciting , this was a  rainy day. This was the first day of my office,  and i felt really happy. I thought its a good sign for me.

Thirty days flew by…It seems like yesterday I was getting familiar with my “office space”.11 among 21 of us decided to join this job.  First day was really horrible, I thought how could anyone work in the office without talking to each other, they all were busy in their work. But i was wrong. I realised that people do have fun here. Now with my colleagues i have a lot of fun. In the first month i was shy. Like, we didn’t go to pantry to have snacks, we felt shy to ask doubts to our seniors. But now we feel very comfortable in this office.

Training period in the webaccess was the fantastic journey in this job. In the first month I learnt many new technical things. We had to answer lot of tests and we had to make it a habbit.I learnt a lot of things like team work and i realised its importance. Even on the weekends when we did not have office, we came along. We enjoyed our work.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned at WebAccess then it is that they expect each employee here to be fully-independent, free-thinking, decision-making,… I’ve been learning and absorbing everything.

I’ve learned that WebAccess is a great place to work with great people.I’m proud to work here because I know the service we offer is superb. I’m excited to grow with this company.

After struggling with lots of placements and interviews finally my dream came true when I got selected in ‘WEB ACCESS’. This is the first job of my life as per my area of interest. It has been two months in Web Access ,can not believe how these days passed so fast.

Since this is my first job , I was very excited and curious about my company but bit nervous and scared that how will I adjust in new environment, how will our colleagues be ,in which technology will I be working…….,oops! So many questions but all got vanished within a month with all positive answers.

Finally we joined this company. We were 11. We all were so nervous but we got familiar with the environment within two to three weeks.

This month was fully training period, little horrible, stressful, challenging and bit enjoyable. We went through lots of tests, lectures and assignments. I really never thought we would be able to face these challenges but because of these moments we could know how much dedication and sincerity we needed. After few days we got an opportunity to work on some projects . We made  them in the same way as we made in college and then we came to know the difference between college life projects and corporate world regarding coding standards. This improvement was really not possible without  help of our seniors and colleagues .

Working with such enthusiastic and creative environment is really a pleasure for me and now I find myself more confident. The work culture has really made me creative and productive. I believe with this experience and knowledge we will definitely grow as a good software developer.

After spending a week for finding a room to stay in Mumbai, the day 5th of October 2009 came. The day of my joining.It was my first software job so i was quite excited as well as nervous about that.

My day started with my lots of expectation,dreams and hopes. We were ten new trainees to join.One new place with so many new faces and a new inning of the life i.e job.

The day begun with our welcome and a brief introduction about the organization. Everything was running smoothly unless we were asked to appear for a technical exam. After a three weeks long break between my placement and joining, it was really difficult for me to answer those questions. However the day ends with a satisfactory result.

Next couple of days was all about documents submission and verification with other formalities. Like schools and colleges we were assigned a time table for next couple of weeks regarding our training schedule. The day began with lectures from our seniors and it ends with a bunch of assignments and projects. Ofcourse every module ends with a exam with some minimum marks(70%) to pass that was not so easy to score. The day was passing like hours, we were spending alomst 12-14 hours in the office to learn new things and the main reason was to complete the task on time.However one thing was common with all of us i.e. even after 12 hours we were having a smile on our faces.

Every single day was like a new challenge and adventure for us. I got more than what i had expected, a good working environment with helpful and friendly colleagues. I really enjoyed my first month at work a lot and learned more about a professional life.
