May be you all got puzzled by title, but as per me this is a fact( if all goes smoothly as I think!).

As all of you know all world is facing recession(that means India also as India comes in world). In April-May 2009 we(I am considering all readers are Indian) have parliamentary election.

Too many parties and their too many candidates are in battle(Election). So all parties and their Leaders will Invest their money (actually BLACK MONEY) in election. As they will give money to voters, add agencies, transportation / tours & travel agencies, that all money (which is currently in foreign banks like SWISS BANK) will directly come in Indian market market (which is almost in stop condition) will get energy to run fast.

As per my knowledge election will held for 543 seats, and total candidates may be more than thousand will try their luck by investing money(individually more than 10 Crore). Total expense for election from Indian government is 1120 crore(projected expense), that means 10 Rupee per person (if current India’s population is 110 crore) expense will get out India from recession.

So, if that works, in future whenever recession occurs we all should ask to Polytical Leaders for ELECTION. But that depends on this election results. Lets see what happens……………………

When I was in college, in last semester inter class cricket tournament was going on. Our class team was strong contestant for trophy.We were batting first, we sent Pradeep(my classmate) as opener,who used to show very good attitude/aggression,some good shots in practice sessions so all selectors choose him as opener, but I was against him because I think who shows good performance in previous series should be given first choice, but no one backed me. And in that game he(Pradeep) wasted 7 overs without a run and we lost the battle.

All criticized him and all selectors, but all were giving excuses like that bad luck, not his time like that… But if we would have been won that game without Pradeeps contribution(as per expectation) I am confidant that he might be the opener for next game because of his positive attitude.

So what is the moral of the story ‘If you show good attitude you will get chance(read it as winning chance)’. Why I used words ‘winning chance’? any guess? Reason is simple! If anyone gets chance and if he converts it in success that chance is more valuable, but if he do not convert in success due to good attitude he will get another chance to improve his performance. And one day those more chances(gift of attitude) will give him success.

Other side of this story, what about those players who played good cricket previously. If they have been choose for opening, team might have won the trophy.This is the attitude problem .(those other players don’t have good attitude and the tendency of selectors is to select player having (+)attitude).

I always get angry on my friend because she never leave office on time.She is working as a billing engineer in construction company(amongst top 5 from mumbai).She explains that if she leaves on time means immediately after logout time( even after completing her work), the all her colleagues blame that she is not working with full efficiency / enthusiasm. Thats why she stays in office for one more hour just doing nothing.But I think this is only waste of time, if you are staying for one more hour then do some work , so no one will blame you,and your company will gain more.But here attitude matters! and result is wastage of valuable time.Means even having good attitude,may also suffer because of others bad Attitude.

One more thing, I want to share with you all, when I chat with my friends who working in different companies often speak on login/logout time,working environment,boss’s attitude.We all always like to analyze the things. So here is one of them.
When somebody wants to leave so he/she will logout and simply say bye to leave the office premises.But if he leave alone (without other team members) there is problem in team binding,because all will think this person don’t care about his team only thinks about him only (selfish),and if he choose to go along with team members,he has to wait till everyone finish their work and logout, he will waste at least half hour(and this very bad thing to anybody who is having respect of time).So here if he can change his attitude and always leave with team,so as a result team will raise good bonded team.

Up till now I think ‘A person having (+) attitude only can get success’, but from now I want to tell you all that ‘A person having flexible(+/-) attitude only can get success’. Now ball is in your court.
