Person should have  positive attitude, but I used that flexible because just conclude the last example, where I said that one person who cares time but he has to waste(dont take literally)  half(minmum) hour or cause of team bonding.</description>

  I think i would modify what pramod said. I would say &quot;You always need to have positive attitude and be realistic about anything&quot;.

  Positive attitude may show you ways to get out of a problem or keep good hopes while fighting. But in situations where you know you are not going to win and yet you play the game (game may be anything not just the playground game) to win then i would call it mere stupidity.

   You need to be realistic and then think positivily on it. I don not agree that you need to be negative anytime and i personally feel there is no gain in being pessimist. what say?</description>
