7th April the Date when I was suppose to speak out as a 7th person in the Project-Meet of our company. Looking forth for the topics a week before I was pretty much sure that the presentation should sound technical being into an IT field obviously and so with that started with my search asking friends as to what technology shall the topic be on.
One fine day “GLOBAL WARMING†hit the ear-drum and thinking bell started ringing, Hey why not do something different come with a different “issue…lol†altogether.
Search started, googling took priority for global warming, facts started unveiling from no-where.
SHOCKED !!!!!!!!! was I with the articles I read, ITS WE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THIS HAPPENING.
Let me describe it in the facts I discovered.
Firstly I would like to familiarize one concept “THE GREEN HOUSE EFFECT”.
Most greenhouses look like a small glass house. Greenhouses are used to grow plants, especially in the winter. Greenhouses work by trapping heat from the sun. The glass panels of the greenhouse let in light but keep heat from escaping. This causes the greenhouse to heat up, much like the inside of a car parked in sunlight, and keeps the plants warm enough to live in the winter.
The Earth’s atmosphere is all around us. It is the air that we breathe. Greenhouse gases in the atmosphere behave much like the glass panes in a greenhouse. Sunlight enters the Earth’s atmosphere, passing through the blanket of greenhouse gases. As it reaches the Earth’s surface, land, water, and biosphere absorb the sunlight’s energy. Once absorbed, this energy is sent back into the atmosphere. Some of the energy passes back into space, but much of it remains trapped in the atmosphere by the greenhouse gases, causing our world to heat up.
The greenhouse effect is important. Without the greenhouse effect, the Earth would not be warm enough for humans to live. But if the greenhouse effect becomes stronger, it could make the Earth warmer than usual. Even a little extra warming may cause problems for humans, plants, and animals.
Now to tell u more about how this greenhouse effect is increasing by humans
Natural way is trees releasing CO2 but we to are doin the same
CO2 Emissions have increased
NOW COMES THE WORST PART
EFFECTS OF GLOBAL WARMING
OBSERVE SOME PICS BELOW
Don’t think I have to say anything on this now Pics says it all
If this happens sea levels will increase to an extent beyond Imagination
HURRICANES
The intensity of hurricanes are increasing
Not only are these but animals are to getting affected
Polar Bears requiring pack ice to survive
Will extint one day.
And so would Sea turtles
And wat about us human beings hahahaha…………..We will die because of heat rather then cold.. DARRRRRRRRR GAYE HAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
IF ALL THIS IS HAPPENING DUE TO WE THE PEOPLE, we can find a solution to it
Solutions
HOW ??????????????????????????????????????????
- Reduce energy needs
- Recycling
- Alternate energy sources
- Nuclear
- Wind
- Geothermal
- Hydroelectric
- Solar
- Fusion
THIS WAS THE FACT I KEPT IN THE MEET. But..after the Meet another issue shot up. “WILL GLOBAL WARMING LEAD TO ICE-AGE ?”.
CONFUSED
OR
LOST IT ???????
I was made to think again and I googled it all around. Found an Interesting Fact
Its and article from google
Please read it thru the end
In quick summary, if enough cold, fresh water coming from the melting polar ice caps and the melting glaciers of Greenland flows into the northern Atlantic, it will shut down the Gulf Stream, which keeps Europe and northeastern North America warm. The worst-case scenario would be a full-blown return of the last ice age – in a period as short as 2 to 3 years from its onset – and the mid-case scenario would be a period like the “little ice age” of a few centuries ago that disrupted worldwide weather patterns leading to extremely harsh winters, droughts, worldwide desertification, crop failures, and wars around the world.
Here’s how it works.
If you look at a globe, you’ll see that the latitude of much of Europe and Scandinavia is the same as that of Alaska and permafrost-locked parts of northern Canada and central Siberia. Yet Europe has a climate more similar to that of the United States than northern Canada or Siberia. Why?

SO Friends the initial part in our hand can be thought of but the latter is unpredictable..

Hay Sanjeev !!!Thanks, you gave a deep insight of wats happening and wat could happen ….I think we all should take a serious note on this and really do somthing bout it…good work Cheers!!!

Hi Sanjeev,
Thanks for attracting attention towards such an important issue.
Moreover the attitude you shown of caring about future is excellent. We must think and do something towards of leaving earth as a better living place for coming age.

Pankaj Thanks for the comment. Yes true life on the planet earth has become a cause of concern and we only must find a way out to survive
This question of global warming making earth hot or leading to an ice-age still remains an unsolved puzzle.
