The Access Effect

“Hi this is the JAVA Training team 2 sharing our experience in training period that we had undergone for the past two months in WA.We were very happy and excited that atlast our journey to start the career in the competitive industry of IT has come to an end .But we didnt had any idea that this was a start to the life where you have sleepless night, skipping diet, pressure and tension. The interesting part is even if some how we got sleep in our dreams we used to feel the java codes moving around our head and our hands typing in air. Some how we finished the first month of training which passed only in completing the assignments and test.

Finally the second month came in which we were told to do a project the project title was ”ISO Documentation”. The project was to automate the ISO documentation that has to be filled with each and every projects that is done in the company.Trust us we didnt follow the same in our project. That made us to feel the importance of our project. We were given some 24 days to complete the project. The project took off fine looking at that we felt that the project would be completed within the time,we were supposed to feel like that being fresher’s.We came across a lot of issues with the progress of the project and the completion date was not visible at all. Then with some help from the senior’s we were again able to visualize the completion of the project. The day came when we had the review of the project,5 days to go for the dead line the requirements were changed we were back to almost nil.A day went only in analyzing what had to be done. And then started off as a team again and completed the project.Guess what the project was running fine the day before the presentation. But during the presentation a small part of it didnt work as expected.A month whole of efforts was not visible at last.

A Project From Heart Disk

Project Name:
Resource Management System or Expense Management System

By Vishal Patil

Team Leader’s Take On The project:

“As freshers, RMS was our first project that was assigned by our company. As a team lead i was under pressure to complete my own tasks and look over my team members. The project started with great enthusiasm, our team decided to complete the project before the assigned days. We worked hard to achieve the tasks. Company was our home at the time of project days. But we made mistakes; like we didnt look at the GUI, since we thought of doing it finally. Secondly we didnt integrate the project before our first project review. This lead to complete scrapping of our project. We were assigned to do only some part of project i.e EMS. As our project was scrapped, we had to complete the project, atleast as many functionality as we had in our project within less time which we were having at that time. We were coding till the last night before the day of presentation and even on the day of presentation. But at the end of it all we learnt many lessons like how the project turns the way,how to keep our pace with time as per the requirements of clients which changes now and then. We did what we could do with our best potential. Finally we presented the project and we had completed our training period.”
