Anuprita Kulkarni:
“The First shock coming to me in the project “Anuprita has been appointed as the TEAM-LEAD”. How do I Handle it ??.”

“But then it was the reponsibility to make LOOT work. More then working had the pressure to make team-members work .But then my team had really good people working in it.”

“Everyone have really worked hard to make this project work,especially after the first review which proved as a nightmare , Kurund Sir unhappy with our site displaying a “HUGE ERROR” on the very first page itself..HUH!!!!!!!!”

“But as they say everyone learns from mistakes and I hope we also did learn and could actually build the website after that first review…Added up to joy wen Kurund Sir said it was a good job in our last review..”

Angel: ‘Ideas Decoded’
Rahul Nayak: Team Leader

“As freshers, Angel was our first project that was assigned by our company. As a team lead i was under pressure to complete my own tasks and look over my team members. The project started with great enthusiasm, our team decided to complete the project before the assigned days and it does . We worked hard to achieve the tasks. We used some different technique to develop our project. We had almost complete our project before deadline but somehow this technique was not appropriate as per the security aspect, as the whole code is resided in the database . Our PM had told us to change the technique to develop project when we discussed our problem with him. Before two days of our project deadline we started working with different technique. It seemed to be impossible to complete that project in 5 days. My team decided, to complete it using first technique and I started working on another technique. After a day we came to know how to start . We continuously worked on that approach. After getting it started, we felt little comfortable with our work . I past several nights at WA, even one festival . We learned how to work with all circumstances, and under pressure. We really enjoyed the time. We thanks Mr. Kurund (PM) , Mr. Bharat (mentor). They helped us in all the ways. Till the last moment they were with us.”

What should we say about our project… Hey it was great fun doing it.
Let me take you to the whole experience journey of our project…..
So lets listen to our Team Member “Pradip Kashid” and then followed by me and Shweta.

Team Leader’s (Pradip Kashid) Take On The project:

“As a fresher,Performance Review was my first project which i feel that it would
prove to be a stepping stone in my career.At this moment i would like to thank Claudian Sir,Sanjay Sir,Sagar Sir And last but not the least Michael Sir for there priceless contribution and guidances Project brought out self confidence,coding skill,and many hidden skills which where still unknown to me. The most amazing thing about this project was that i was grouped with two girls,and till that moment i had never even talk to any girl in life,so adjusting with them was quite fun. whole project period was a roller coaster ride,we had lots of ups and downs..lots of mismatch of ideas..but eventually learned to tackle it out…i didnt just get a good team mates but also wonderful friend’s,with whom working was fun.We together learned a lot.At last i would just like to thank each and everyone at web access for their wonderful support and help.”
