Hi all! This is wat my group has to say about our project :
Anuprita Kulkarni:
“The First shock coming to me in the project “Anuprita has been appointed as the TEAM-LEADâ€. How do I Handle it ??.â€
“But then it was the reponsibility to make LOOT work. More then working had the pressure to make team-members work .But then my team had really good people working in it.”
“Everyone have really worked hard to make this project work, especially after the first review which proved as a nightmare , Kurund Sir unhappy with our site displaying a “HUGE ERROR†on the very first page itself..HUH!!!!!!!!”
“But as they say everyone learns from mistakes and I hope we also did learn and could actually build the website after that first review…Added up to joy wen Kurund Sir said it was a good job in our last review..”
“For the first time I had presided over meetings and could actually conduct it..YEPPIE..
Our Project “LOOT†actually engaged all our saturdays and sundays …but was fun all in all….”
“It is a very famous saying “When you really want something to happen, the whole universe conspires so that your wish comes true.†So did our website LOOT came into existence…
Thanks”

Well my team-members will also add up to the experiences :
Vishwas :
“According to him using modules in drupal was really difficult….so he genuinly did much of the coding in our project (genius of our group) lolzz….â€- Anuprita
“Being a fresher this was my first project in training.I haven’t had this much
excitement before.Truly a nice experience working with new
friends.Facing a lot of problem in alternate line of coding.A real tuf
time for us to prove ourself that we can do well as a team and as a
individual.A real memorable duration for us , thanks to web access for
assigning a nice project…â€
========================================================================
Deepak:
“The anonymous user of “LOOT†lolzzz….. He thinks Drupal is a fun filled environment…Validation guru…â€-Anuprita
“As a Fresher , it was my first project in a IT based company and frankly speaking by this project we learnt many things like how to work in team, what pressure can do to you,how deadlines are reached and most important thing is that how to remove ‘ERRORS’.I have enjoyed my work thoroughly and have given my best to this project but atlast as everyone feels “Kash Thoda aur time mil jata to aur accha kerte’.!!!!!â€
Sarang:
“When asked his answer would be “10 to 15 mins will google search and tell u  The module customizer in our group…â€-Anuprita
“It was a tough time to stay in office day n night which I never even dreamt off ,but truly speaking, being here I have learned a lot, to be with team members, listen to everybody and implement the things as we had decided and go on with plan. Sometimes we had discussed more than what we had to do and what not…??? and after the task was assigned the only answer left with me was “Bas 10-15 min ruk google pe search karke batata huu…..â€
.
========================================================================
Sanjeev :
“The maintenance department, anything not working in ur pc may it be drupal, civicrm,or even ur damm word document he is the rite person ….Our pc breakdown specialist and a English genius…lolzz..â€-Anuprita
“ The First Day of project been assigned.
From no where a feeling cracking the mind “Yeh sab Kaise hoga ???????â€
The next day we start with the rough specs and flow goes on to the 1st Phase. We show our 1st review….. and………………… BANG !!!!!!!! things go worst no one pleased with it.”
“Everyone in the team tensed as to what went wrong? lack of teamwork or lack of efforts what ???”
The day goes, we gather the other day teamwork starts in full flow, members thronging in with ideas some workin on look and feel others in functionality. Then come saturday, come sunday, HOLI too, passed by but the determination never went down, and the D-Day came and there we were with our project working to its best with all the functionalities working and pleasing everyones heart there. “Kurund Sir†pleased said it was the best efforts put to the working and we turned tables of the 1st review.”
“Its the team work which matters then the individual hard-work
Just wanna say
When Everyone moves together in Life Success takes care of itself.
Thanks….â€

Hi Loot Team..
Nice to know of your experience. Your article is well-written and good way of presenting with the “BOLD INTROS” at the beginning of each person’s experience.
Yup! That famous dialogue from THE ALCHEMIST is truly inspiring..
.. If you really want something, the whole world will conspire in helping you to achieve it.. or our very own Shahrukh Khan style “Kitni shiddat se tumhe paane ki…”

Thanks Michael, though less but we have tried to pen down the experiences we have had through the entire period of project.
#3 by Pankaj Sharma - April 17th, 2008 at 15:30
There is great power in focusing on what you want….. The person who tries to do everything accomplishes nothing. Most people try to be all things to everyone. And so they end up being nothing to anyone. Confucius nailed the point: “Person who chases two rabbits catches neither.”
The best part of it was you divided the task and then of course everyone was focused for his department.
Personal responsibility is a hallmark of greatness and everyone of you took his responsibilities up to the best level.
so you all deserves a big party… hope you did it.
Good team work .. keep rocking.
And all the best for all upcoming projects.
