Angel: ‘Ideas Decoded’

“As freshers, Angel was our first project that was assigned by our company. As a team lead i was under pressure to complete my own tasks and look over my team members. The project started with great enthusiasm, our team decided to complete the project before the assigned days and it does . We worked hard to achieve the tasks. We used some different technique to develop our project. We had almost complete our project before deadline but somehow this technique was not appropriate as per the security aspect, as the whole code is resided in the database . Our PM had told us to change the technique to develop project when we discussed our problem with him. Before two days of our project deadline we started working with different technique. It seemed to be impossible to complete that project in 5 days. My team decided, to complete it using first technique and I started working on another technique. After a day we came to know how to start . We continuously worked on that approach. After getting it started, we felt little comfortable with our work . I past several nights at WA, even one festival . We learned how to work with all circumstances, and under pressure. We really enjoyed the time. We thanks Mr. Kurund (PM) , Mr. Bharat (mentor). They helped us in all the ways. Till the last moment they were with us.â€

“It was really disconsolate moment when we started our project.
We all were confounded. We developed our whole project using page content. Kurund sir told us that, he wanted a module otherwise he will castigate us if we failed to do so. So we again started developing our whole project using our own customized module….oh! It was really tough time .But finally we managed it……surprise …. surprise. Bipin sir and Stephen sir were really impressed on our performance.
All seniors were very helpful……….and finally ‘rang de banasti’ moment – all trying to touch the plane……. “

“When the project was assigned to us that day our condition was like OYE….YE KYA HAI..after two three days when we completed project study then we started to feel that, “ok we can do thisâ€. actually we had to make same project twice so KAFI THAKAU EXPERIENCE THA .we had to spent some night at office for this and we enjoyed a lot to work at night,no seniors were their,every time GAMBHEER CHINTAN, MEETINGS, PANCHAYAT and some time MEETING ended up without any result……….it was really great and finally we had completed our project
but still one question is remains…
YE PROJECT COMPLETE HUA KAISE???”

I know my experience is nothing different from others. Each and every trainee might have gone through the same phase (a phase full of tension) that we (angel group) have gone through.”
“But today when i look back, i feel so proud, so happy………”
“We started working on our project from the day one (though we all had no idea how to start and where to start from). But still we started with it.
Our work was appreciated by Kurund sir on the ‘first review’ and that increased our confidence. We decided to finish our project before the given time and we did it……. great!…. isn’t it?”

“We were literally asked to leave the conference room on the day when we had ’second review’ of our project, as we failed to give a proper presentation. “
“‘woh kum tha jo…………’ Kurund sir asked to develop a whole new module (the same project). We hardly had 4 days in our hands. Those last days were like hell for us, i never reached home before 12.00a.m, and more over i used to dream of code and databases……….’how romantic’. And the day before we had our final presentation (what day before?… in fact the same day) i reached home at 1.30 a.m. ‘Aur jo ghar par daant padi hai….’ that was another hell…’Bahut paap kama liye the, shayad’.”
“Finally we completed our project a day before the D-day. But still the presentation and documentation were incomplete (very very important). “
“Till the last moment we were working on presentation and documentation…..’ jaise kisi dulhan ko saja rahen ho’. “
“Finally, we entered the conference room, started with the presentation, then the demo and then…………then?……………our work was once again appreciated. WOW……’saare paap dhul gaye’. “
“That was the moment when i felt as if i were on the 9th cloud….actually.
It was a great experience to work in a team, to work as a team. “
