Web Access raises ALARM!


Web Access has recently developed an in house software ALARM (Attendance Leave And Review Management) which helps keep track of daily attendance and leave applications of the employees in the organization.

ALARM uses Zend Framework, an open source application framework for developing Web Applications and Web Services with PHP.

Modules

Attendance Module

  • Daily login and logout functionality
  • View/edit attendance in accordance with roles and priviledges
  • Change request in the log in/out timing subject to approval / denial from reporting person
  • Monthly report generation

Leave Module

  • Online leave application
  • Shows leave balances and eligibility
  • Flexible setting of company declared holidays /Saturdays, Sundays, etc
  • Multi levels of leave application approval
  • Alert to supervisor/ manager for each leave submission by employees

Difference between ALARM and current Login System

  • Admin can track IP for all employee logins
  • Employee can view and edit his attendance and send request to system admin
  • Employee can apply/cancel for leave online
  • Employee can view his available leaves
  • Employee can check status for applied attendance or leave( Pending/ Accepted/ Denied).
  • Calculation of extra days and hours worked in attendance report
  • Team leaders/reporting person can generate reports for the team members
  • Leave calender and leave report are not present in
  • Current login system.
  • Admin can generate BULK report as well as individual report of employees

    Thanx Manish for appreciating our work,, actually dat project was very close 2 us , bcoz it was our first development project, v learnt lot……… while developing nd allowd 2 implement our features ,ideas….. nd wud like 2 thanx reporitng persons nd oder teammembers who ol hv been supportive through..
